What sets this bed apart is the fact that it is manufactured by Ecofurn, a company dedicated to combining comfort and style with an eco-friendly approach to business.
In particular, by working with the charity Tree Aid they are helping to create long-term solutions to poverty and environmental destruction through supporting those communities who depend upon trees for basic survival.
Tree Aid itself has worked with some of the poorest villages in Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Ghana & Mali where 90% of the people depend on trees for basic survival needs and has helped over 300,000 villagers so far since it was set up in 1987 to provide long term solutions for the famine in Africa to stay in place once all the emergency relief efforts of the 1980's ended.
